Credit Card Charging
Your credit card will be charged shortly after you
make the booking. No refunds will be give. A signed
imprint of the credit card you used will be needed, and the card
must be in your name. A blank, signed imprint of your card
will also be required as a damage deposit. If items are missing or
the unit is damaged, your card will be charged. The blank
imprint will be returned after we have checked that the unit has
been returned to us in the same condition as when you got it.
The reasonable use of sheets, towels, plates etc is obviously
excluded.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations will be accepted. No refunds
will be given. Your card will be charged in full.
Please note that the cancellation policy is strictly enforced regardless of the reasons for the cancellation. Please consider purchasing trip insurance.
